150 Totowa Road was purchased and is wholly owned by Peykar Capital in 2005 and developed as speculative warehousing. This facility is built out as 460,000 gross square feet and outfitted with a 2.8 MW solar array. 

As of 2019 it is occupied by Kering, the French luxury group known for its management of brands including: Gucci, Saint Laurent, and Bottega Veneta.
