201 Union Grove Rd
201 Union Grove was originally constructed in 2006 for Nourison, a flooring and home accents company. As needs have changed, so has the warehouse with a 132,000 square foot addition to the original 305,000 square foot warehouse. Another 317,000 square foot addition was completed in October of 2021.
